We at Shopaholic will always work hard to solve any problem you may have with one of our products. We offer 7 days return/exchange warranty whose invoice has an order number mentioned and has been purchased from us.
Condition for Return / Exchange
The product must be unused, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
You can exchange it within 7 days.
Burned product or product damaged with misuse is not claimable for exchange.
The returned product can be exchanged at the request of the other product from the customer, or it can be returned instead of a refund (money) of the amount of the purchased product.
After receiving the parcel, if you do not like the product, it can also be returned/exchanged within seven days with the same conditions as mentioned above.
It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
How to Return / Exchange

If you want to exchange a product then you have to send us the product through any courier service, when we receive the product our representative inform you through phone call / SMS.
We will issue a voucher code for the same amount of the product. Or you can purchase a new product of your choice. we will not pay the delivery charges only the product purchase price will be entitled.
Karachi customers can visit our store and return the product. We accept our customers with full arms open.
If the payment is made through a debit/credit card it would take 10 days in the case of money whereas in exchange for a product it would take normal delivery conditions.
A flat Rs. 200 will be charged for delivery.
Delivery will take 5 to 7 working days, in sale days delivery time may vary
