Return & Exchange Policy

When creating our shopping portal, Shopaholic aimed to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience. Our return & exchange policies are made according to customer’s needs. You can claim a return or exchange of the product within fifteen days of purchase. Our customer support team is available to resolve any issue you may have while receiving your parcel. Our policies are matched with the e-commerce policy in Pakistan. Trust us we are always there for you to help!

Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from any defects. If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve not to accept that.
  • The product must be returned in its original and undamaged package box.
  • Exchanges can be made within 15 days. Misused or burned products will not be accepted.
  • In exchange/return of the product, you can request another product or a voucher for the purchase amount.
  • Exchange or return can be claimed within 15 days of purchase. Please remember the claimed product must be in its original condition (untouched/unused).
  • While claiming an exchange, please include the order number and tracking number on your order for your easiness.

How to Proceed

  • If the product is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
  • For exchanges, send the product to us through any courier service. We will notify you upon receipt via phone or WhatsApp.
  • We will issue a voucher code for the product's purchase amount. Delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Karachi customers can visit our store for returns or exchanges.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are available for products in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • The requested refunds can be claimed within 15 days, of receiving an order.
  • You can contact us on our customer care with all the details about the reason for the return. we will review your request and shortly tell you about your request status.
  • You will receive a refund for the product price.
  • Once your refund request is processed. You will be asked how you want to receive your payment.

Note: Products such as cosmetics, frozen items, daily food supplies, special demanded products which are arranged as per your request and bulk quantity purchases will not be exchanged or returned. You cannot claim any refund for the above-mentioned goods.
