We do our best to describe our products accurately, but we're human mistakes can happen. We might change or discontinue our products without notice.

  1. Prices & Payments

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include taxes. Prices can change, so check before you buy. We accept:

  • Bank transfers
  • Credit/debit cards
  • Other methods listed on our site

  1. Shipping

We deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery time depends on your location. Once we hand your package to the courier, so fingers crossed for safe delivery!

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Change your mind? No worries, 15 days to return or exchange for purchased items. The package must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its packaging. Some things can't be returned, like cosmetics, frozen food, and custom orders. Check our full Return & Exchange Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All the content on Shopaholic.pk, the text, images, logos, you name it belongs to us. Please don't copy or use it without permission for our content. You will have to face infringement charges from our legal department.

  1. Liability

We cannot be held liable for any unintentional damage caused by our website or application.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

Those terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any civil disputes will be resolved in the Pakistani courts. If we end up in a disagreement, let's try to talk it out.
